Online grades and reports for Cambridge high schools in the US

Report Maker gives Cambridge high schools in the US customized reports on student performance and cohort progress, allowing them to share these reports directly online with school and district communities. Report Maker has US schools’ exam data for Cambridge International AS & A Level and IGCSE exams from the June 2024 series onward.

Report Maker access

Access to Report Maker will be rolled out to US schools and districts during March 2025.

Benefits of Report Maker

  • Give teachers direct online access to IGCSE and AS & A Level results
  • View syllabus component results.
  • See national pass rates next to your group pass rates
  • Get a single-page view of a student’s records starting with the June 2025 series onward – you must add student state IDs to ensure student records are linked across series

Add student data and teacher accounts

After finishing entries in Direct, schools and districts log in to My Cambridge and use Report Maker to:

FAQs

How do teachers get access to Report Maker?

Exams officers, heads of center (principals), and approved district administrators should

  1. Add teacher rosters in Report Maker using teachers’ official emails.
  2. Create teacher accounts via My Cambridge using the same emails to give teachers access to class reports.

When can we add data to Report Maker?

Add or edit data for all exams series in a calendar year between March 1 of that year until the end of February on the following year.

For example, for June 2025 and November 2025 series, add Report Maker data between March 1, 2025, and February 28, 2026.

When will new or changed entries appear in Report Maker?

Changes and additions to entries in Cambridge International Direct may take between 1-2 days to update in Report Maker.

Why do we need a My Cambridge login account for Report Maker?

Over the next 2 years, Cambridge is moving school accounts and online services to the My Cambridge login. Services moving to My Cambridge include Access to Scripts, Teach Cambridge, Submit for Assessment, and the Access Arrangements portal.

My Cambridge is a single sign-on service that allows exams officers and other school and district staff to access a number of our services using one set of login details, making access much easier. Learn more about My Cambridge.

Who can view Report Maker data and reports?

Exams officers, heads of center (principals), designated teachers, approved district administrators, and approved state administrators may view reports relevant to their roles and affiliations.

  • Cambridge Exams Officers, heads of center, and approved district administrators can view school results and reports.
  • Teachers who are given access by the head of center or exams officer may view student results and component reports for the exam series and syllabuses linked to their account.
  • State officials with approved access may view group reports for schools in their region.

How do we view Cambridge AICE Diploma status?

Students must be entered for the Cambridge AICE Diploma for a series to be eligible. You may view Diploma status two different ways in Report Maker:

  • Download the series’ .CSV data file in Report Maker. Cambridge AICE Diploma grades are listed in the .CSV file as “ADIP.”
  • View individual student records in Report Maker. Note that Report Maker only holds data for June 2024 onward.

Note: Currently, Report Maker only contains data from June 2024 onward. Once Report Maker contains sufficient data, those schools that have added student state IDs for all records in Report Maker will be able to view an individual student’s progress toward the Cambridge AICE Diploma clearly in the student’s record. This functionality is not yet available but is planned for future releases.

We encourage all schools to add student state IDs to ensure seamless Cambridge AICE Diploma tracking once this feature is available.

I don’t have all the data you’re asking for – what should I do?

All data added to Report Maker is optional. Schools and districts may decide to omit certain data points. You may also add data for only select students and teachers.

We encourage all schools to add student state IDs to ensure seamless Cambridge AICE Diploma tracking once this feature is available.

Is our data secure in Report Maker?

All data is secure to the highest standards. Please review our terms and conditions.

Can students use Report Maker?

No. Students will continue to receive results by existing methods.

What happens if we submit an enquiry about results?

Any changes to grades will be updated in Report Maker once confirmed. All grades are final after final certificates are mailed. Read enquiries about results.

I’m having trouble using Report Maker – where can I get help?

If you need assistance with Report Maker, please email Customer Services or call 917-810-2660 (toll free, open 24 hours from Saturday 8 pm to Friday 7:59 am, Eastern Time). You may also want to consult the Guide to Report Maker data uploads. For help interpreting grades and marks, review the Guide to Cambridge grades.

Where can I see results from older series?

Report Maker will contain results only from the June 2024 series onward. Results from prior series can be accessed via Cambridge International Direct.
