How do US institutions receive US student transcripts?

US institutions receive US student transcripts online via CI Direct. Institutions will receive email notification when student transcripts are available. Access CI Direct, go to My Messages, and download a zip file which contains:

A CSV file with all results
A combined PDF with student transcripts
An explanatory sheet

What format will US student transcripts be in?

The zip file downloaded under My Messages in CI Direct will contain:

A CSV file with all results
A combined PDF with student transcripts
An explanatory sheet

When are exam results available?

Results for Cambridge exams are available approximately two and a half months after students take exams.

Should I use this form if my institution is not in the US?

Digital transcript delivery in pdf format is not yet available for international students sending to US higher education; however you can use your CI Direct account to verify international student results, as well as receive international students’ priority results in a csv format.
